CAEB

Privacy Notice

How the current CAEB website handles accounts, membership, interest registrations and enquiries.

Scope

This notice covers the current CAEB website, operated under the CAEB Golf brand. Products are not currently available to order. Use the contact form for privacy questions and rights requests.

Accounts and membership

Email magic-link authentication uses your email address and account identifier. If you choose Google sign-in, authentication also uses the account information Google shares. We store your membership profile, joined date and membership role to manage access. Membership is complimentary during the inaugural period.

Private Round Review

Your round-review numbers, note and generated review are saved to your account. Access is restricted to your own account and requires membership. You can clear your saved review using Reset.

Interest registrations

We store your name, email, preferred size, optional note, registration time and your consent choice and time. We use these to manage your request and, with consent, send CAEB product and release updates. Registration has no purchase obligation. You can withdraw consent through Contact CAEB.

Contact enquiries

We store your name, email, subject, message and submission time to handle your enquiry and respond. Please do not include payment details or sensitive information.

Storage and service providers

Lovable Cloud supports hosting, authentication and stored records. Google is used only if you choose its sign-in option; Shopify supplies the product information and images. Authentication stores session information in your browser so you can remain signed in. Existing basket information may remain in local storage, although ordering is not currently available. See our Cookies page for more detail. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.

Purpose, access and retention

Account and enquiry data are used to provide the services you request; update consent is used for product and release communications. We restrict access to registration and enquiry records to authorised CAEB administrators. We keep records while needed for those purposes. No fixed retention schedule or international-transfer arrangements are stated in this notice; these details will be confirmed as operations develop.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Submit requests through Contact CAEB; we may need to verify your identity. You can also contact the relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Updates

This notice reflects the current first-release website and will be reviewed as services change.
