Cookies & Browser Storage

The website uses browser local storage for authentication session information so signed-in members can access their account. The existing basket system may also retain a Shopify cart identifier and basket information under shopify-cart, even though orders are not currently accepted.

Session information can remain until you sign out, it expires or you clear site data. Google sign-in, when selected, is handled by Google and the authentication service, which may use their own cookies during sign-in. Product images and information are supplied through Shopify; the homepage also loads golf footage from Pexels and fonts from Google. Requests to these services expose ordinary connection information such as your IP address.

The app currently has no cookie-consent banner or cookie-preference panel. We have not configured advertising pixels, Google Analytics, Plausible, currency preferences or recently-viewed tracking in the app. This page does not claim those tools are used. Any future non-essential tracking will need appropriate consent controls before being introduced.

Use your browser’s site-data settings to inspect, remove or block cookies and local storage. Clearing authentication storage signs you out and can stop membership access until you sign in again. Clearing basket storage removes any legacy basket details.
